Roles Include:

• Oversees all operations 

• Works with the head coach in communications with the school 

• Oversees financial budget and fundraisers 

• Ensures compliance on tax/legal requirements, by-laws and CVHS athletic dept.

• Maintains records and documents 

• Presides over all meetings 

• Assists with social media/online presence 

• Leads community involvement opportunities and communications

Roles Include:

• Preside at meetings in absence of President  

• Perform duties as outlined by the president & coach

• Send weekly emails to parents and cheerleaders for updates/details on upcoming events 

• Assist in event planning 

• Leads team bonding activities 

• Works with JV Team mom to ensure equality/fairness 

• Committee oversight  

• Assist with any special projects that arise 

• Coordinates parent volunteer opportunities 

Roles Include

• Tracks all payments and expenditures 

• Dispenses all monies/payments

• Collects all athlete and fundraiser monies 

• Works with the head coach on the annual budget 

• Files annual IRS Tax paperwork 

• Send reminders for missed payments  

• Updates coach with athletes who have past due balances 

• Keep up with receipts and invoices for program purchases 

Roles Include

• Facilitate communication between board and leadership

• Help maintain documentation 

• Support president and coach in special projects

• Aid in community outreach

• Help in transparency of booster club

Roles Include

• Facilitate communication between board and JV team

• Help ensure that JV is well-represented in decisions and activities

• Support and/or lead special projects
